About the role#
The Hotel Internship Program provides an opportunity to learn about hotel operations from the ground up. You will gain hands-on experience in hotel management while working within a global hospitality environment. This role focuses on learning and exemplifying The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards to ensure guests receive service with excellence and care.
What you'll do#
- Learn about hotel operations through direct experience.
- Gain practical knowledge in hotel management.
- Exemplify The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, including the Credo and Service Values.
- Deliver service to guests with care and attention to detail.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current college or university student.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources.
- An interest in learning about hotel operations and management.
- A willingness to embrace the culture of the organization.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Dorado, Puerto Rico.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
- The program follows a rolling term schedule.
