Landscape Summer Intern

About the role#

The Landscape Summer Intern program provides a professional introduction to the green industry. Interns gain hands-on experience through either a Rotational Program, where they move through multiple departments, or a Focused Program, where they dedicate their time to a specific service line. Participants work on a project throughout the summer focused on process improvements or efficiency, which is presented at the end of the term.

What you'll do#

• Participate in hands-on projects across Property Care, Irrigation, Enhancements, Design, and Construction.
• Gain practical knowledge in horticultural practices, account management, enhancement sales, and landscape construction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to gather insights and professional experience.
• Execute a project focused on impactful business topics, with the potential for future implementation.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a relevant degree program, such as Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, Human Resources, Environmental Engineering, or Agriculture.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A strong interest in the green industry and high-end residential landscaping.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
