Capital Markets - Repo Analyst - Fall 2026 US Graduate Program

About the role#

The Capital Markets Repo Analyst role is part of a two-year Graduate Program designed to provide hands-on experience in front-office functions. You will support the Repo business by facilitating secured financing and liquidity solutions across US Government securities markets. The position focuses on data analytics to improve business efficiency while providing desk support to senior team members. You will gain exposure to trade flows, market strategy, and client engagement while developing a deep understanding of repo market systems.

What you'll do#

• Support day-to-day repo desk activities, including trade flow coordination across sales, trading, and analytics functions.
• Apply coding and programming skills to develop data analytics and reporting capabilities to enhance trading transparency and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives regarding processes, technology, and analytics.
• Develop a strong understanding of repo market dynamics and related trading systems from both sales and trading perspectives.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company internal policies, including maintaining high standards of integrity and conduct.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• Coursework or demonstrated experience in data analysis.
• Ability to obtain and successfully complete required FINRA licensing examinations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
