About the role#
As an R&D Chemist Intern, you will work with our R&D and Quality teams to support projects and special initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in daily laboratory operations. This program includes rotations between the R&D laboratory for technical training and factory locations for practical learning. This role is a full-time position for the Summer 2027 term, running from May through August for 12 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Execute department goals as a member of the R&D team.
- Support laboratory testing work.
- Prepare and maintain accurate lab notes.
- Assist in generating reports and presentations for the technical team.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Initiative, curiosity, and an innovative mindset.
- Strong motivation to learn and succeed.
- Willingness to travel.

- This is an on-site internship.
- Available locations include Deerfield Beach, FL; Calhoun, GA; Swedesboro, NJ; and Garland, TX.
- This is a paid internship.
