About the role#
The Marketing, Global Digital Experience (GDE) internship offers hands-on experience across digital strategy, product management, and operational enablement. You will work on large-scale digital initiatives, collaborate with global stakeholders, and contribute to projects that improve customer experiences. This role is a launchpad for students to develop professional skills in a business environment. Please note that applications are considered for multiple positions, including GDE Product and GDE Digital Strategy.
What you'll do#
- Support digital initiatives across product management, digital experience, strategy, and operational enablement.
- Analyze digital performance, website behaviors, survey results, and other data to identify insights.
- Assist with the creation of reports, dashboards, presentations, and leadership communications.
- Maintain and improve knowledge management resources, documentation, SharePoint sites, and team assets.
- Participate in project coordination tasks, such as meeting planning, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Product Management, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pay attention to detail.
- An analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and communicating findings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
