About the role#
This 8-month co-op position sits within the Global Operational Risk and Resilience Oversight team. You will report to the Manager of Continuous Improvement and work on projects related to reporting, analytics, and process automation. The team focuses on Operational Risk excellence, and you will gain exposure to enterprise governance practices while contributing to tools like Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and CoPilot Studio Agents.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze operational risk data to build reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements for risk management and governance frameworks.
- Communicate complex data findings to leadership to support decision-making.
- Perform data validation to ensure the integrity and reliability of reporting outputs.
- Partner with team members to drive project priorities and resolve issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Data Science, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools like Power BI is an asset.
