About the role#
This Marketing Co-op position offers hands-on experience across multiple teams including digital strategy, website operations, product design, content, and enablement. You will work on large-scale digital initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and gain exposure to real business challenges. This role serves as a potential pathway to our Marketing New Graduate Program.
What you'll do#
- Build dashboards to visualize marketing data and gather insights.
- Support high-potential digital programs and technology implementations.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure accurate data collection.
- Assist in developing roadmaps for core website capabilities.
- Work with development teams on technical implementation and product launches.
- Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders.
- Support integrated go-to-market plans with marketing and campaign teams.
- Use user feedback and competitive analysis to support product development.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Product Management, or a STEM field.
- Demonstrated interest in and exposure to digital marketing strategy and tactics.
- General business-level understanding of digital technologies such as web development and software development.
- Experience with digital analytics tools and content management systems.
- Proven communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, ask clarifying questions, and synthesize inputs.
- A business-oriented mindset with an aptitude for data representation.
