About the role#
This Summer 2027 internship offers hands-on experience across digital strategy, website operations, product design, content, and enablement. You will work on large-scale digital initiatives and gain exposure to real business challenges. This role serves as a potential pathway to the Marketing New Graduate Program. Please note that your application will be considered for multiple positions including Events, Marketing Strategy and Operations, Global Retirement Marketing, and Product Design.
What you'll do#
- Build dashboards to visualize marketing data and gather insights.
- Support digital programs and technology implementations.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure accurate data collection.
- Assist in developing roadmaps for core website capabilities.
- Work with development teams on technical implementation and product launches.
- Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders.
- Support integrated go-to-market plans with marketing and campaign teams.
- Use user feedback and competitive analysis for product development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Product Management, or a STEM field.
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing strategy and tactics.
- Experience with digital analytics tools and content management systems.
- General business understanding of digital technologies, including web and software development.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and synthesize inputs.
