    About the role#

    As a Software Developer Co-op, you will be fully integrated into our engineering team. You will start by working through bugs and basic features, writing code that is deployed directly into production. As you progress, you will take on more complex features, contributing to the same software as our full-time developers. Some of our key software features were originally developed by our students.

    What you'll do#

    • Contribute to the development of digital investigative software.
    • Resolve bugs and implement new features.
    • Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges.
    • Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled in a degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming, specifically in Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, or Python.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
    • A sense of accountability and a proactive approach to project ownership.
