About the role#
Descartes Systems Group is seeking a Software R&D Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 term. This role is part of a structured internship program where you will work alongside experienced IT professionals on real projects. You will participate in training and development opportunities while working in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the development and delivery of quality software products.
- Learn to write and execute test cases.
- Identify, track, and report software bugs.
- Engage in professional training to build your technical skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science (2nd or 3rd year).
- Ability to test software, write test cases, and report bugs.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Basic understanding of Postman.
