About the role#
The Corporate Strategy team functions as an in-house consulting group responsible for developing strategies and identifying growth opportunities. The 10-week MBA Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to tackle complex business challenges during a period of retail industry transformation. Interns are paired with a people leader for mentorship and lead a strategically significant project, culminating in a final executive-level presentation.
What you'll do#
- Apply analytical skills and problem-solving rigor to address strategic business challenges.
- Synthesize critical insights to develop actionable recommendations.
- Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders across various functions.
- Lead cross-functional teams independently in both strategy development and project execution.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program.
- Strong record of extracurricular activity, professional accomplishment, and leadership.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including oral, written, and listening abilities.
- High-energy, passionate, and a proven track record of delivering results.
- Knowledge and interest in retail, technology, and innovation are preferred.
