About the role#
Luxium Solutions is seeking an Industrial Engineering Co-Op for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Hiram, Ohio. The role supports the engineering and production teams in optimizing manufacturing processes.
What you'll do#
- Conduct operational reviews of product assembly lines.
- Perform time studies and labor capacity analysis.
- Complete cost calculations for production processes.
- Update and develop standard work instructions.
- Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create technical reports and presentations.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Completion of at least two years of relevant coursework.
- U.S. work authorization without time restriction. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Hiram, Ohio.
- Work modality: 100% on-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
