About the role#
Luxium Solutions is seeking an Industrial Engineering Co-Op for the Fall 2026 term. This full-time, paid position is based at our manufacturing facility in Hiram, Ohio. The role requires 100% on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Conduct operational reviews of product assembly lines.
- Perform time studies, labor capacity analysis, and cost calculations.
- Update and develop standard work instructions.
- Assist with process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create technical reports and presentations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Completion of at least two years of relevant coursework.
- U.S. work authorization without time restriction (this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship).
