About the role#
The Corporate Development Intern will perform a variety of tasks and projects to support the needs of the Corporate Development department. This role provides an opportunity to assist in researching, analyzing, and reporting on businesses, new products, and other strategic opportunities for the Love's Family of Companies.
What you'll do#
- Research, organize, and communicate information from various sources related to corporate development opportunities.
- Identify and mine internal and external sources and market opportunities to attract new customers and generate business development.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, as these details may have an immediate impact on the company and counterparties.
- Participate in occasional travel as required by project needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year university program (sophomore level or above) pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Previous internship experience is considered a plus but is not required.
