About the role#
The Resolutions Intern role focuses on providing customer service while managing outstanding account balances. You will work in a professional environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls to discuss account delinquency. The goal is to evaluate customer situations, negotiate repayment terms, and resolve escalated issues.
What you'll do#
- Partner with customers to identify reasons for delinquency and negotiate repayment terms.
- Research and analyze accounts using historical data before initiating contact.
- Make adjustments to customer accounts and maintain accurate notes.
- Provide customers with requested information and supporting documentation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Process notifications and resolve failed transactions.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a four year university program as a sophomore or above.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Accounting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience in accounting, invoicing, or collections is preferred.
- Knowledge of the transportation industry or the ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

- The position is on-site and full-time for the Summer 2027 term.
