About the role#
Louisiana Blue is hiring a Project Management Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a paid, part-time position based on-site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. You will work under general supervision to support project planning and execution across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Define project plans and track progress to ensure milestones remain on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop project artifacts and contribute to best practices for project management.
- Communicate project status, issues, and decisions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business owners and subject matter experts to gather requirements and identify solutions.
- Manage internal and external resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support management with resource planning efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current junior or senior undergraduate, Master’s student, or recent graduate.
- Major in Computer Science, Management, Project Management, ISDS, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5, with 3.0 or higher preferred.
- Experience planning and implementing projects, including defining goals, timelines, and work plans.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally.
- A self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
