About the role#
The Post-DNP Fellowship at Lorenz Clinic is a full-time, one-year clinical position designed to support doctorally-prepared practitioners as they transition into independent practice. This role follows a cohort model, emphasizing interprofessional collaboration and systemic, relational therapy. The fellowship is structured as 0.8 FTE for direct patient service and 0.2 FTE dedicated to training, supervision, and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Provide psychiatric services, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Conduct individual, couples, group, or family psychotherapy as assigned by your supervisor.
- Participate in weekly individual or group supervision, case consultations, and team meetings.
- Attend Grand Rounds and relevant institutional meetings.
- Deliver at least two formal scholarly presentations during the fellowship.
What you'll need#
- A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or DNP) in nursing.
- Current CNP and PMHNP designations in Minnesota.
- A valid DEA number.
- Completion of payer credentialing at Lorenz Clinic.
