    About the role#

    The Post-DNP Fellowship is a one-year, full-time, salaried clinical position designed to support doctorally-prepared clinicians as they transition toward independent practice. This role functions within an interprofessional cohort model, allowing you to gain experience through both medication management and psychotherapy. The fellowship is structured as 0.8 FTE in direct patient service and 0.2 FTE dedicated to training, supervision, and professional development activities.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide psychiatric services, including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and medication management.
    • Conduct individual, couples, group, or family psychotherapy as assigned by your supervisor.
    • Participate in weekly clinical supervision and case consultations with psychologists and other psychiatric providers.
    • Attend Grand Rounds, team meetings, and cohort seminars to support your ongoing clinical development.
    • Deliver at least two formal scholarly presentations during your fellowship tenure.

    What you'll need#

    • A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or DNP) in nursing.
    • Current CNP and PMHNP designations in Minnesota.
    • An active DEA number.
    • Completion of payer credentialing at Lorenz.
