About the role#
The Post-Master's Fellowship is a two-year, full-time, paid training program designed for clinicians pursuing LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure. This fellowship focuses on relational, systemic, and developmentally informed psychotherapy. It is structured to support clinical development rather than focusing on high-volume billing or productivity targets. Fellows work within a cohort model, engaging in rigorous training to build advanced clinical judgment and case formulation skills.
What you'll do#
- Provide psychotherapeutic services to a variety of clients under direct supervision.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12-18 active clients, built gradually during the first months of the program.
- Participate in monthly seminars that integrate didactic content and experiential activities.
- Engage actively in the supervisory relationship as a collaborator to shape your professional growth.
- Attend weekly and monthly training events, including didactic seminars, grand rounds, and case consultations.
What you'll need#
- A Master's degree in psychology, clinical counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a closely related field.
- Successful completion of a clinically focused master's-level practicum or internship.
- Current status as a non-provisional LGSW before the start date.
- Prior preparation in systems thinking, group relations, or relational and psychodynamic intervention models.
- A demonstrated commitment to the profession and the common good.
