About the role#
As an intern in the Enterprise Business Services department, you will join the Lockheed Martin Supply Chain Internship Program. You will focus on applying AI and machine learning techniques to improve supply chain forecasting, optimization, and automation. This role provides exposure to how the company uses analytics to improve demand visibility, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development and validation of machine learning models for predictive analytics.
- Support data preprocessing and feature engineering for supply chain datasets.
- Evaluate model performance against operational key performance indicators.
- Learn the fundamentals of supply chain AI applications and data-driven decision support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate program for Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Finance.
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship concludes.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work with numbers and data.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Clear written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.

- Compensation: $26.81 to $30.97 per hour.
