About the role#
CenCore is looking for a full-time, on-site Logistics Intern to join our team in Springville, Utah. This role provides students and early-career individuals with hands-on experience in business operations and logistics support. You will work under direct supervision to learn our processes while assisting with daily administrative and organizational tasks. This is a developmental position focused on learning rather than managing logistics programs or operational decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Organize supplies, equipment, uniforms, and materials.
- Receive, unpack, sort, and store incoming deliveries.
- Prepare materials for shipment by packaging and labeling items.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and document organization.
- Support supervised counting and inventory organization activities.
- Maintain clean and organized storage and work areas.
- Observe team members to learn company processes and procedures.
- Follow all company policies regarding safety, confidentiality, and workplace conduct.
- Perform general clerical and administrative support duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment in a degree or certificate program.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and professional conduct.
- Interest in business operations, logistics, supply chain, or administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software is a plus.
- Experience through school projects, volunteer activities, or previous work is helpful.

- Compensation: $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.
