    About the role#

    We are looking for a Technical Analyst Co-op to join our Data Operations team for the Winter 2027 term. This position provides hands-on experience with data pipelines, CRM systems, and cloud-based data platforms. You will support ongoing initiatives including platform migration, data processing, and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and reliability.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in CRM data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
    • Support daily data operations by monitoring pipelines and troubleshooting issues.
    • Maintain and enhance ETL processes using Python and SQL.
    • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
    • Work with cloud platforms to support storage and processing workflows.
    • Contribute to the automation of manual processes.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation for pipelines and workflows.
    • Build or enhance reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet data requirements.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.
    • Familiarity with data concepts such as ETL, data quality, and relational databases.
    • Exposure to cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
    • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with workflow automation tools, version control, data warehousing, and API or file-based data transfers is an asset.

    • Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
    • Term: Winter 2027 (January 6, 2027, to April 16, 2027).
    • Modality: Hybrid, with 4 days per week in the office.
    • Employment: Full-time, paid position.
