About the role#
We are looking for a Technical Analyst Co-op to join our Data Operations team for the Winter 2027 term. This position provides hands-on experience with data pipelines, CRM systems, and cloud-based data platforms. You will support ongoing initiatives including platform migration, data processing, and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and reliability.
What you'll do#
- Assist in CRM data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
- Support daily data operations by monitoring pipelines and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain and enhance ETL processes using Python and SQL.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Work with cloud platforms to support storage and processing workflows.
- Contribute to the automation of manual processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for pipelines and workflows.
- Build or enhance reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet data requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with data concepts such as ETL, data quality, and relational databases.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with workflow automation tools, version control, data warehousing, and API or file-based data transfers is an asset.

- Modality: Hybrid, with 4 days per week in the office.
