About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position within the Replenishment Optimization team. You will be integrated into the supply chain network, working on projects related to forecasting, inventory optimization, operations management, transportation, and logistics. This role involves using data-driven insights to solve business problems and improve supply chain efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Develop and deploy process improvements across the supply chain network.
- Conduct analysis on core business processes to provide insights and recommendations.
- Learn and apply new skills through individual and team-based projects.
- Present findings and proposed solutions to company executives.
- Build a portfolio of projects focused on product forecasting, inventory optimization, and reporting.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Experience in root cause analysis, solution design, and process documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL for data aggregation and analysis.
- Solid experience in developing and providing accurate reporting.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Python experience is considered an asset.
Location & details#
- Location: Brampton, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 6, 2027, to April 16, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (up to 1 day remote per week, 4 days in the office).
- Compensation: $35,100.00 - $65,700.00 per year, depending on experience and academic level.
