About the role#
As a Personal Shopper, you help customers by fulfilling their e-commerce orders. You ensure accuracy and quality for every order while maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a part-time position at Your Independent Grocer in Hanmer.
What you'll do#
- Provide helpful customer service and maintain a positive environment.
- Shop for customers by accurately selecting quality products.
- Scan items and process transactions using cash, credit, debit, or gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- No previous experience is required as we provide training.
- Ability to move up to 50lbs.
- Capacity for constant mobility throughout your entire shift.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- A motivated mindset and a willingness to learn new things.

- Location: Hanmer, Ontario.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, part-time position with a rolling term.
