About the role#
This is an unpaid internship opportunity at Staples Canada based in Montreal. The role is on-site and full-time with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
You will work with the evaluation team to maintain recruitment processes. Your daily tasks include screening and selecting candidates for open positions. You will use artificial intelligence tools to assist with specific stages of the hiring workflow.
What you'll need#
We look for students in Human Resources, Psychology, or Sociology. You must be comfortable with the use of artificial intelligence in candidate pre-selection. We prioritize clear communication regarding job openings and maintain transparency throughout the hiring process. While AI assists in the process, you must understand that all final hiring decisions rest with a human evaluator.
