About the role#
As a Retail Marketing Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and local store activations. This role involves working with internal teams and external partners to deliver events and community engagement initiatives that increase store traffic and brand visibility. You will gain hands-on experience in retail operations while contributing to project timelines and campaign tracking.
What you'll do#
- Plan and execute store openings, community celebrations, and promotional activations.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor communications, and on-site preparation for events.
- Manage outreach and communication with external partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.
- Capture key insights through post-event reporting and evaluation.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or Event Management.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- A proactive approach to work.
