About the role#
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the execution of paid media initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will gain hands-on experience in how performance marketing operates within a luxury retail business. This role involves balancing brand storytelling with commercial objectives across paid social, search, display, and affiliate channels.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of paid digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search, display, and affiliate channels.
- Assist with campaign set-up, creative asset coordination, approvals, and trafficking with internal teams and agency partners.
- Maintain campaign calendars aligned to seasonal launches, promotional periods, and key commercial priorities.
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and in-flight performance to ensure accurate launches.
- Compile weekly and post-campaign reports, including performance insights and optimization opportunities.
- Support audience and creative testing to improve acquisition efficiency.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends, platform updates, and creative best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, analytics, and brand marketing teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business, E-Commerce, or Fashion-related program with a formal internship or co-op requirement.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, performance media, customer acquisition, and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Asana, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads is an asset.
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign data to identify patterns and insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Interest in fashion, retail, consumer behavior, and the luxury market is an asset.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario (77 Bloor St. West).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time (24 hours per week).
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
