About the role#
This is a part-time internship opportunity based at the Harry Rosen central office in Toronto. You will report to the Brand Marketing Director and collaborate with teams across creative, PR, partnerships, and merchandising to support brand campaigns and experiential marketing initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of brand strategy, in-store events, brand activations, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics, including managing timelines, materials, invitations, and guest tracking.
- Develop briefing documents, presentations, and internal communications for brand initiatives.
- Conduct research on competitors, partnerships, and experiential trends to support campaign development.
- Provide on-site support during events and brand experiences.
- Assist with tracking campaign timelines, maintaining marketing calendars, and preparing event assets.
- Support post-event recaps by collecting feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business, Marketing, Communications, Event, Fashion, or related program with a formal internship or co-op requirement.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- An interest in experiential marketing, retail environments, and brand strategy.
- Familiarity with Asana is considered an asset.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

- Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
