About the role#
This is a part-time internship opportunity based at the Harry Rosen central office in Toronto. The role supports the Brand Marketing Director in executing brand campaigns, in-store activations, and experiential marketing initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Creative, PR, Partnerships, and Merchandising, to help bring brand initiatives to life.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of brand and events strategy, in-store events, brand activations, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Assist with the coordination of event logistics, including timelines, materials, invitations, and guest tracking.
- Develop briefing documents, presentations, and internal communications for brand initiatives.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign deliverables and maintain marketing calendars.
- Prepare signage, event assets, and experience touchpoints.
- Conduct research on competitors, partnerships, and experiential trends to support campaign development.
- Support post-event recaps by collecting feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide on-site support during events and brand experiences as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business, Marketing, Communications, Event, Fashion, or related program with a formal internship or co-op requirement.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Asana is considered an asset.
- A strong interest in experiential marketing, event planning, retail environments, and brand strategy.
- Knowledge of the fashion and retail industry is an asset.

- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
