About the role#
As a Personal Shopper Student at Fortinos in Burlington, you will help customers by fulfilling their e-commerce orders. This role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and providing a helpful shopping experience. You will work on-site as part of a team to maintain store standards and assist customers throughout their visit.
What you'll do#
- Shop for customers by selecting quality products to fill their orders accurately.
- Scan items and process transactions using cash, credit, debit, or gift cards.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
- Provide customer service by answering general questions and maintaining a positive store environment.
What you'll need#
- Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work independently.
- A resourceful and courteous approach to resolving customer questions.
- Motivation to learn new tasks.
- Physical ability to move up to 50lbs and remain in constant mobility for an entire shift.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- No previous experience is required, as training is provided.

- This is a part-time, on-site role.
- This is a unionized position with a starting pay range of $17.95 to $19.85 per hour.
