About the role#
Loblaw Agency is looking for a Co-op Student to join the Packaging Design Studio for the Winter 2027 term. This position supports studio operations by assisting with project tracking, reporting, and workflow management. You will help coordinate the development of brand standards and handle daily administrative tasks to keep studio projects on schedule.
What you'll do#
- Manage project tracking for product packaging design through various studio phases.
- Facilitate meetings and prepare contact reports.
- Assist with archival and filing projects using established storage guidelines.
- Conduct research, perform data analysis, and handle data entry.
- Support Agency Operations with workflow triage and weekly reporting.
- Coordinate and organize photography samples.
- Assist the Design, Editorial, and Production teams with finalizing brand standards.
- Create documents and prepare correspondence as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with various types of packaging and print formats.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be 18 years or older.

- Location: Brampton, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 6, 2027 to April 16, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (up to 1 day remote per week, 4 days in office).
- Employment: Full time, paid position.
