About the role#
As a Civil Engineering Intern in Land Development, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support real-world projects. This full-time, on-site role provides hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of the engineering industry. You will be integrated into a team to develop technical skills and gain insight into different project phases.
What you'll do#
- Perform engineering assignments under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Shadow daily operations to understand various project phases.
- Complete unique assignments that support larger projects.
- Learn about the company sectors and services.
- Participate in social engagement activities and team events.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of college.
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong academic performance and a motivated work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on MS Excel.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- A sincere desire to learn about the company and the engineering industry.
