About the role#
As a Civil Engineering Intern in Land Development, you will work alongside experienced professionals to contribute to real-world projects. This is a full-time, on-site role for Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience, develop technical skills, and participate in company social and professional development activities.
What you'll do#
- Perform engineering assignments under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Shadow daily operations to learn about various project phases.
- Complete specific tasks that support larger engineering projects.
- Gain insight into the day-to-day workings of the engineering industry.
- Participate in company social engagement events and learn about our sectors and services.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed at least one year of college.
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong academic performance and a high level of motivation.
- A sincere desire to learn about the company and the engineering industry.
- Good organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on MS Excel.
- The ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment.
