About the role#
As a Civil Engineering Intern in Land Development, you will gain hands-on experience by working alongside experienced professionals. You will contribute to real-world projects and develop the technical and professional skills needed for your career. This is a full-time, on-site role for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Perform engineering assignments under the direction of experienced engineers.
- Shadow actual operations to learn about different project phases.
- Support larger projects and gain insight into the day-to-day workings of engineering.
- Participate in social engagement activities and learn about company sectors and services.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of college.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program for Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong academic performance and high motivation.
- A sincere desire to learn about the company and the industry.
- Good organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on MS Excel.
