About the role#
We are looking for a Campus Outreach Associate to support the growth and daily operations of our Campus Chapters program. You will work closely with the Campus Outreach Manager to help student leaders succeed in their outreach and engagement efforts. This role is a good fit for a motivated individual who wants to represent our mission publicly and build relationships with students. This is a part-time, paid position that offers experience in program management and nonprofit operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with launching, supporting, and maintaining our campus chapters.
- Provide direct support to student leaders with tabling, events, and outreach.
- Manage the Campus Outreach support inbox and respond to student inquiries.
- Track and report on campus activity, including meetings, events, and engagement metrics.
- Help plan and execute campus events, debates, trainings, and regional outreach projects.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data management and the preparation of outreach materials.
What you'll need#
- Strong alignment with and commitment to our pro-life mission.
- Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
- A personable demeanor and comfort engaging with students in public settings.
- Ability to travel locally within Southern California for outreach activities.
- Pursuit of a degree in Communications, Political Science, or Business Administration is preferred.

- This position is based in Orange County, California.
- The role is hybrid and requires local travel.
- This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
