About the role#
Lincoln Electric is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Co-op for our Harris Products Group facility in Mason, Ohio. This program connects your academic background with hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing. You will work alongside experienced engineers to drive improvements across our organization.
What you'll do#
- Identify and implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes.
- Enhance the safety, quality, and efficiency of global products.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers on capital projects and production support.
- Learn and apply Six Sigma tools and techniques through formal training and hands-on projects.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with OSHA and SDS safety standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 12 to April 16, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
