About the role#
Lincoln Avenue Communities is seeking Summer Analysts to join our Development team in Santa Monica. This 10-week program runs from June 7 to August 13, 2027. You will work alongside experts in acquisitions, rehabilitation, refinancing, and ground-up development to gain hands-on experience with live real estate projects.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze due diligence materials.
- Evaluate market supply, demand, and economic trends.
- Build and maintain financial models for project analysis.
- Present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Track and update project details in internal project management systems.
- Coordinate third-party reports, site visits, and vendor communications.
- Participate in deal team meetings and support ad hoc projects.
What you'll need#
- Current college senior graduating in Spring 2027 or rising senior graduating in Spring 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Foundational knowledge of real estate.
- Technical proficiency in real estate financial modeling.
- Ability to operate independently and contribute in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Santa Monica, California.
- Work Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: Undergraduate students receive $25/hr and graduate-level students receive $32/hr.
- Stipends: Students residing outside of Los Angeles County are eligible for a living stipend or student housing paid for by the company.
