About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work directly with our engineering staff on technical projects for at least 10 weeks. The program is designed to provide real-world experience within an engineering development environment. Interns participate in our 9/80 schedule, which includes every other Friday off.
What you'll do#
- Carry out basic work instructions to learn company fundamentals.
- Conduct limited scope testing under the supervision of engineers.
- Gather and assemble data for engineering projects.
- Perform research within your functional area.
- Conduct design analysis and calculations.
- Assist engineers with design details.
- Complete various tasks to gain familiarity with our methods, programs, and practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Progress toward an undergraduate degree in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
- Diligence, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn quickly.
- Basic knowledge of engineering tools relevant to your discipline.
- U.S. Citizenship.
