Supporting the world’s bravest.- Business Unit: EOISLocation: Cypress, CACareer Functional Area: FacilitiesTelework Type: OnsiteType: Hourly InternSchedule: 12-14 week internship on 9/80 Shift: FirstJob Responsibilities Perform professional administrative work of an introductory nature in preparation for career advancement Perform entry-level professional administrative staff duties in support of functional areas, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction Type and word-process draft documents and electronic information Prepare routine reports with guidance Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and project team activities Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to communicate successfully orally and in writing Ability to efficiently utilize standard office software and computer equipment Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment. The salary range for this position is $26/hour. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting.
