About the role#
This 12-week internship prepares you for a transition into the Roofing Sales Training program. You will work in the field alongside Tremco Roofing Field Advisors to learn the core skills required for success in field sales. The program provides broad exposure to how our business functions, including manufacturing, research and development, product management, technical services, marketing, and operations. You will also have the opportunity to shadow members of our executive management team.
What you'll do#
- Complete assignments and projects across multiple departments.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Conduct market research and analyze inventory data.
- Attend meetings and collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
- Participate in the company orientation program to learn about policies and safety procedures.
- Develop a final project and present your findings to company leadership.
What you'll need#
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
