About the role#
Lear Corporation offers summer internships for students interested in gaining experience within a global automotive technology company. What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day departmental activities and projects.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reach project objectives.
- Conduct research and present findings and recommendations.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and team events.
- Gain exposure to Lear manufacturing plants, corporate functions, and operational processes.
- Complete special projects and assignments as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute.
