About the role#
This role is designed to remove the bottleneck between customer needs and product development. You will work directly with the founders to build specific, high-impact workflows for sales teams. Success in this role is measured by how effectively you integrate the Leadbay platform into a customer's daily operations, moving beyond simple implementation to driving measurable growth for the client.
What you'll do#
- Land small accounts through 30-minute calls and demonstrate how to build previously impossible workflows.
- Engage with large accounts to understand their growth strategies and build custom workflows in their offices.
- Develop necessary features and tools within the MCP product and acquisition funnel.
- Utilize MCP to optimize your own efficiency and serve as a model for high-performance sales.
- Create and iterate on agentic systems to solve complex client problems.
- Spend your first 90 days meeting users, building a library of effective solutions, and scaling your skillset to manage larger enterprise customers.
What you'll need#
- Technical capability combined with strong social skills.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in building AI skills and side projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, including CEOs and VPs.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a preference for shipping functional solutions quickly.
- Relevant academic background in fields such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Operations Management.
