About the role#
Latham & Watkins is seeking a Global Associate Recruiting Intern to join the team in Los Angeles. You will support the strategic planning and execution of firm-wide law school and associate hiring programs. This role involves working on projects related to recruiting events, budget management, staffing, and interview organization. You will gain insight into legal industry hiring while working in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Prepare lawyers for virtual interviews and career fairs.
- Review applicant resumes and transcripts.
- Assist with the coordination and arrangement of virtual candidate interviews.
- Help with the strategic planning of hiring programs.
- Protect and maintain sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student.
- Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
- A strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Relevant academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Communications.

- Term: Fall 2026 (December 14, 2026, to February 26, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, minimum 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
