About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Law Students executes the law school recruiting process and manages summer associate programs. Working under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role coordinates with leadership and hiring partners to implement recruiting strategies and hire top-level talent. This is a full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the 1L and 2L law student recruiting process, including resume review, on-campus interview logistics, and the callback and offer process.
- Manage the online application system, including processing applications and ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate law student recruiting logistics, including on-campus registration and candidate communication.
- Assist with planning the 10-week Summer Associate program, including vendor liaison, event management, and material preparation.
- Administer day-to-day logistics for the Summer Program, such as work assignments, evaluations, and training coordination.
- Process recruiting-related payments, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Compile recruiting data and contribute to special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of two years of law firm recruiting experience focused on Summer Associate Programs.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, with viRecruit preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidential information.

- Term: Rolling.
- This position requires the ability to travel and work flexible hours, particularly from May through August, and requires working in the office four days per week during the 10-week Summer Program.
