About the role#
This is a part-time work study position at the Sunbury Center. You will support college staff and peers to increase office coverage. The role involves daily tasks, projects, and initiatives that keep the department running. You must be a current student at Lackawanna College to qualify.
What you'll do#
- Handle general administrative tasks including filing, organization, typing, and note taking.
- Manage the front desk, answer phones, and take messages.
- Prepare mailings and materials for upcoming events.
- Assist staff and peers with daily operations.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and maintaining office records.

- Strict adherence to confidentiality standards as defined by FERPA.
