About the role#
Labcorp is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. You will work with the Central Labs Customer Experience team to better understand customer needs and improve experiences across the end-to-end journey. This role provides exposure to strategic business initiatives and projects that impact pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare customers globally.
What you'll do#
- Support customer experience initiatives through feedback analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
- Assist with customer journey mapping, including research, workshop preparation, and documentation.
- Help develop presentations, communications, and materials for customer experience programs.
- Analyze customer, operational, and survey data to identify trends and improvement recommendations.
- Maintain CX resources, SharePoint sites, dashboards, and knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects that improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- An interest in customer experience, human-centered design, service design, market research, or business improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship running from June 1, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- The role is remote, based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
- Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
