About the role#
We are looking for an Organizational Development Intern to join our People & Organizational Development team. This role provides hands-on experience in initiatives that strengthen our employee experience, culture, and leadership development. You will work with our team to support strategic projects and learn how culture strategies shape the workplace.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project coordination, data tracking, and documentation for onboarding and development programs.
- Help design and update communication materials, presentations, and resources for learning and culture initiatives.
- Conduct research on best practices in leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for workshops, training sessions, and team events.
- Support the integration of AI tools into learning and development workflows to improve efficiency.
- Participate in planning sessions with the Director of People & Organizational Development.
What you'll need#
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to foster a welcoming culture.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Enthusiasm for learning and collaboration.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
