About the role#
This is a 12-week, paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience in retail business and leadership. You will work within our store environment to learn how to manage daily operations, prioritize tasks, and support store goals. As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibility, including leading shifts and making decisions that impact store success.
What you'll do#
- Play an active role in daily store operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service to our guests.
- Help maintain a high-performing store environment.
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in store audits.
- Support various operational and administrative functions.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: This is a full-time role. You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.
