About the role#
This paid internship offers 12 weeks of hands-on experience in retail management. You will work within our store team to build leadership skills and understand daily business operations. The role requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.
What you'll do#
- Take an active role in daily store operations.
- Provide customer service to our guests.
- Maintain a high-performing store environment.
- Participate in store audits and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to team meetings and support store goals.
- Lead store shifts and make decisions that impact store success.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2 or 4 year degree program in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
