About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week, hands-on internship at Kwik Trip in Duluth, Minnesota. You will gain experience in retail business and leadership. The role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.
What you'll do#
- Play an active role in daily store operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Participate in store audits.
- Contribute to team meetings.
- Support operational and administrative functions.
- Lead store shifts as your responsibilities increase.
What you'll need#
- You are actively working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- You are self-motivated and can work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work as part of a team.
