About the role#
Kroll is hiring an intern for the Valuation Services team in Morristown, New Jersey. This role provides valuation and consulting services for financial reporting, tax, investment, and risk management. You will work directly with senior client leadership, including CFOs and controllers, while gaining hands-on experience in valuation consulting.
What you'll do#
- Perform valuation analysis for public and private entities across various industries.
- Build and manage financial models, including discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analyses.
- Gather data through direct client interaction and site visits.
- Prepare and present analysis results to clients.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and client publications.
- Conduct in-depth research on clients, industries, markets, and competitors.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
- Graduation date between December 2026 and July 2028.
- Major GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own workflow.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Compensation: $20 to $35 per hour.
