About the role#
Kroll is hiring an intern for our Valuation Services practice. You will work on valuation and consulting for financial reporting, tax, investment, and risk management purposes. This role involves interacting with senior leaders, including CFOs and controllers, while gaining experience in the valuation field.
What you'll do#
- Perform valuation analysis on public and private entities.
- Build and manage financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analyses.
- Gather data for engagements through client interaction and site visits.
- Assist in preparing and presenting analysis results.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.
- Conduct research on clients, industries, markets, and competitors.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
- Engineering majors must have completed at least four Junior or Senior level courses in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2028.
- Major GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage your own time and workflow with a focus on quality.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
