About the role#
Kroll is hiring an intern for our Valuation Services practice. This team provides valuation and consulting for financial reporting, tax, investment, and risk management. You will work directly with company leadership, including CFOs, Treasurers, and Tax Directors, while gaining experience in the valuation field.
What you'll do#
- Perform valuation analysis for public and private entities.
- Build and manage financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analyses.
- Gather data for engagements through client interaction.
- Assist in preparing and presenting analysis results.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and publications for clients.
- Conduct research on clients, industries, markets, and competitors.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
- Engineering majors must have completed at least four Junior or Senior level courses in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Graduation date between December 2026 and July 2028.
- Major GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time, workflow, and detail-oriented work.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
